We had the pleasure of walking in Wolfson Children’s Hospital’s Red Wagon Parade on October 24 in Downtown Jacksonville at Hemming Plaza.
Each Wagon in the parade was decorated like a children’s book; we choose The Cars Book: Join the Pit Crew. We had so much fun at the parade; it was truly wonderful to see so many members of the community come together and support the children of Wolfson Children’s Hospital.
We were privileged to have Our Little Angel, Michael, and his mother, Alma, walk with us in the parade; not sure who had more fun the children or the adults.
We would like to thank all of our staff who helped in creating our Lightening McQueen wagon and who joined us at the parade; we are already working on our ideas for next year’s wagon.
We are so excited to be a part of such a wonderful cause and to get to meet amazing people like Alma and Michael Harrell. We look forward to helping more people like the Harrell’s in the years to come.
